Selecting a grinding mill

These centers are located in Iran,Russia,Kazakstan,Spain,Panama.
The process of selecting a grinding mill is not entirely straightforward. Using our combined expertise in grinding mill and specially developed sizing programs, Liming can offer relevant calculations and recommed the correct mill type and size for a given application.
To obtain valid results, the grinding mill characteristics of the ore must be well understood, and parameters such as the Ball Milling Work Index (BWI), Rod Milling Work Index (RWI), Crushing Work Index (CWI), feed top size/distribution, and the desired product size distribution must be known.

The first part of this process involves standard application equations. These calculations determine the power which must be applied at the mill drive to grind the ore — at the specified feed rate — from one size distribution to another. We can then help you to select a mill that develops the required power.
Liming’s engineers use sophisticated application software to perform these complex calculations. The application parameters can be further verified with pilot scale grinding tests on prepared ore samples. These tests offer the greatest possible assurance that the grinding circuit selected will perform as predicted.

Services and product support
To ensure quality product service and support, Liming has a worldwide sales and service network.
Liming’s specialists make certain that the mill is properly erected, verify that bolted joints are torqued to specified levels, align mill bearings and drive equipment, calibrate instrumentation, and verify proper performance of the lubrication equipment and other auxiliaries. They also will commission the mill and verify process performance.
After commissioning, your local Liming office provides:
ongoing product support with promptly delivered high-quality replacement parts
complete process evaluations and performance diagnostics
maintenance inspections
liner wear measurements and profile development
alignment checks
gear reversals
other mechanical services including complete mill reconditioning.

How to selcect a primary crusher (Taking jaw crusher as example)

March 31, 2008 by liminglq

Selecting a primary crusher (jaw crusher for example)can have far-reaching and sometimes unexpected consequences. Choose jaw crushercorrectly, and material flow from the pit to the plant will most likely proceed efficiently and without excessive maintenance or downtime. Choose jaw crusher incorrectly, and a number of unpleasant consequences can follow. These can range from increased costs due to secondary drilling, blasting and rehandling of rock fragments too big for the crusher, to over-production of troublesome fines that can degrade plant efficiency.

Conversely, changes in upstream conditions — such as modifications to established blasting practices or changes in raw material characteristics — could decrease the performance of even a properly sized crusher. In a stationary application, problems of this type can generally be solved by careful analysis of current mining practices, as well as by mine-to-mill optimization studies. On off-site jobs that require mobile units, adjustments to crusher settings may be the only viable option until the job is completed.

However, when crusher replacement becomes the only alternative to meet performance objectives, manufacturers continue to make it easy to choose the appropriate equipment. In addition to their mature crusher product lines — some of which have been around for several decades (for example, Henan Liming Road & Bridge Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. Has been this since 1987) — they’ve introduced a flurry of models that range from compact units designed for mobile applications, to large crushers that are suited for both stationary and mobile settings. Most of these recent products have been in the jaw crusher sector.

Other recently introduced models from Liming Heavy Industryincorporate(Henan Liming Road & Bridge Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.) design changes that also focus on quicker, simpler adjustment features and higher capacity.

Liminng’s stone product line of large-capacity jaw crushers includes models that range from the PE150×250 to the PE900×1200. It offers production ranging from the PE150×250’s 1 ton per hour at a max 250mm feeding size to the PE900×1200’s 260 tons per hour at a max 1200mm feeding size. All models include features designed for long service life including oversized heat-treated eccentric shafts, extra-large radial thrust tapered roller bearings, a robust stress-relieved frame, and setting adjustment and overload protection.

Liming’s PE900×1200 wide jaw crusher was developed to provide high crushing capacity. It was designed to increase crushing capacity while allowing a reduction in product top size. The PE900×1200 jaw crusher’s vital statistics include a nominal feed opening of 900 × 1200 mm, motor power 110KW, weight of 52 tons, and capacity rating of 260 tons per hour using the maximum setting.

Of course, the produced jaw crushers by Metso and Sandvik are also the good choice.
